Return & Refund Policy

At Getskinnova, we want you to love your skincare products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • Please share clear photos/video of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified. No return shipping cost to you in this case.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on arrival:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products without original packaging

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at getskinnova@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0317 6832898 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
  3. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was damaged, wrong, or defective.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are also processed the same way.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Want a different size or product instead of a refund? Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
